1. How Our Tracking System Works

Our order tracking system is directly connected to our courier partners’ live databases. This means:

  • Real-time updates — You get the latest location and status of your order instantly.

  • Estimated delivery dates — So you can plan ahead.

  • Delivery notifications — Sent via email and/or WhatsApp.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:

  1. Tracking Number – A unique number linked to your shipment.

  2. Tracking Link – Clickable link to view current status.

  3. Courier Partner Details – Name and contact of the courier service.


2. Step-by-Step: Tracking Your Order

Step 1: Check your registered email or SMS for a message from us titled “Your Classic Attire Order Has Been Shipped.”
Step 2: Copy the tracking number from that message.
Step 3: Visit our “Track Order” page (this page) or click the direct link provided in your email.
Step 4: Paste the tracking number into the box and hit Track.
Step 5: View your order’s live status — including the current city, last scanned location, and expected delivery date.


3. Status Meanings Explained

When you check your tracking, you might see some of these statuses:

  • Order Confirmed – We’ve received your order and it’s being prepared.

  • Processing – Items are being quality-checked and packed.

  • Shipped/Dispatched – Your order has left our warehouse.

  • In Transit – Your package is moving through the courier network.

  • Out for Delivery – The package is with the delivery driver and will reach you today.

  • Delivered – The package has been successfully delivered to the given address.

  • Delivery Attempted – Courier tried to deliver but couldn’t (usually due to no one being available).


4. Troubleshooting Common Issues

A. No Tracking Number Yet

Orders usually take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 48 hours, check:

  • Spam/Junk email folder

  • Correct email/phone number on your account
    If still missing, contact us immediately.

B. Tracking Link Shows “Pending”

Sometimes, courier companies take 24-48 hours to update the tracking status. This is normal.

C. Package Shows “Delivered” But You Don’t Have It

  • Check with family members, neighbors, or building security.

  • Sometimes couriers leave packages at a safe spot.

  • If still missing, contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate.


5. International Orders

If you’re outside India, your order may pass through customs. This can add 2-5 days to delivery time. Customs clearance times vary by country and are beyond our control, but we’ll assist you with any necessary documents.
