At Classic Attire, our goal is to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and cost-effectively. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, charges, and other important details to ensure complete transparency.


1. General Information

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • All delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs clearance.

  • We ship both domestic (within India) and internationally to selected countries.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.


3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹599.

  • Orders below ₹599 will have a flat shipping fee of ₹79.

We use reputed courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post,Shiproket to ensure timely delivery.


4. International Shipping

Available Countries

We currently ship to:
USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Germany, France, and more. (For countries not listed, please contact our support team.)

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–15 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service type.

  • Promotional free shipping offers may not apply to international orders.

Customs & Import Duties

  • All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs delays are beyond our control.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with:

    • Tracking number

    • Courier partner name

    • Tracking link

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

We aim to meet our estimated delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays due to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or transport issues

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer


7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Re-shipping charges

  • Any return shipping fees charged by the courier


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • All shipments are packed in tamper-proof and waterproof packaging.

  • In case of visible damage upon delivery, please refuse the package and notify us immediately.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in claiming insurance from the courier.


9. Split Shipments

For orders containing multiple items, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


10. Change of Shipping Address

  • Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped.

  • Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
