Q1: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collections, choose your product, select size & color, click Add to Cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and PayPal for international payments.
Q3: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Yes, but only if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
Q4: How can I cancel my order?
A: You can request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

A: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with original tags.
Q10: How do I return a product?
A: Contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Q11: How long will it take to receive my refund?
A: 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Q12: Can I exchange an item for a different size?
A: Yes, size exchanges are allowed if the desired size is in stock.

A: Most items are pre-shrunk, but minor shrinkage (1-2%) may occur after the first wash.
