Return & Refund Policy

At Classic Attire, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a smooth and transparent return, exchange, and refund process to ensure your shopping experience remains risk-free and trustworthy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Items must have original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear

  • Socks, hosiery

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards or vouchers


3. Return Process

Step 2: Provide:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photographs (if item is damaged/defective)
    Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and share the return shipping instructions.
    Step 4: Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
    Step 5: Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective/damaged/wrong items: We cover full return shipping costs.

  • For size exchanges or customer preference changes: Customer bears return shipping costs.


5. Refund Process

Once your returned product reaches us:

  1. Quality Check – We inspect the item to ensure it meets return eligibility.

  2. Approval – If approved, your refund will be initiated.

  3. Refund Mode – Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for purchase.

  4. Timeline – 5–7 business days after approval (bank/UPI delays may extend this).


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Color swaps (if available)

  • Style change (price difference to be paid/refunded)

Exchange items are shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned product.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share unboxing photos/videos with our support team.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
